Alex Rogers: Former Navy SEAL & Leadership Coach
Alex Rogers is a former Special Warfare Operator First Class (SO1) with the U.S. Navy SEALs who completed his service in 2025 after a few days shy of 12 years. Born in Vermont, Alex’s journey exemplifies commitment to both service and leadership excellence.
Graduating from high school in Vermont in 2010, Alex enlisted in the Navy in 2013. He completed his training at RTC Great Lakes before graduating from the rigorous Basic Underwater Demolition School with class 305 in 2015. His distinguished military career included three platoons with SEAL Team THREE in Coronado, California, where he deployed to Iraq and the UAE between 2016 and 2022. Alex concluded his service with NSW Group TWO Training Detachment TWO in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Throughout his naval career, Alex was recognized with numerous awards including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Joint Services Achievement Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with “C” (twice), and the Combat Action Ribbon, along with various unit and campaign awards.
While serving as a SEAL, Alex simultaneously pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, followed by a Master’s in Strategic Leadership from the same institution.
Following his military service, Alex established himself as a business owner and leadership coach, drawing on the elite training, operational experience, and strategic skills developed during his time as a Navy SEAL. He brings a unique perspective on resilience, team dynamics, and performing under pressure to his coaching practice.
Alex lives with his children and their dogs, balancing his professional pursuits with his commitment to family.
